Here are some landscapes from the country's Western Pacific Coast.
El Sunzal
The beaches in the region are known for their very good surfing waves. It's here that I was for New Year's Eve with a family where I was camping.
El Tunco
Located a few kilometres from El Sunzal beach, El Tunco is way more busy with local tourists. In the afternoon, the beach was packed with people. It's a famous beach for those who like bars, restaurants, and music for partying.
La Libertad
The main town on this stretch of coast, La Libertad is known for its criminality, drugs, and its surf beach. A nice combination. It's a place very popular with Salvadorians tourists.
New Year
My New Year day was with welcoming family who invited me to celebrate with them. In fact, it's the family who owns the campsite where I stopped for a few days.
