Chefchaouen, also known as Chaouen, is one of the most beautiful towns of Morocco. Perched in the Rif Mountains, it has a superb medina with winding alleys and old houses often painted in tones of blue.
The scenery around the town is fantastic, markets are colourful and the quiet alleys are a joy to discover. I loved it.
